Support, whatever you are facing...
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom

Hello, and welcome
Hello, my name is Clara. I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist with a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and a qualification in Pesso Boyden Therapy. My approach is to be by your side as you explore and face the challenges of your life. People I have worked with describe me as warm, caring, safe and supportive, creating a non-judgemental, holding space for our work together. I enjoy encouraging others to lead their fullest life no matter the circumstances they find themselves in, finding their way to thriving and wholeness through the challenges they face.
I offer both short term and longer-term sessions and am very happy for us to arrange a 15 minute telephone conversation so that you can decide whether you would like to go ahead and book an initial session with me.
My practice is currently mostly online, however, I am able to offer you shorter term face to face sessions, or walk and talk sessions, please do ask if this is something you would like. Whilst my approach is integrative, drawing on many ways of working, my primary training was in Psychosynthesis. You can read more about Psychosynthesis here
Pesso Boyden Therapy is an effective way of working with gaps in early development where our essential needs have not been consistently met, leading to difficulties in later life. Although relatively little known, Pesso Boyden Therapy has gained a reputation for its ability to heal childhood wounds and trauma, most notably by the acclaimed author of 'The Body Keeps the Score', Bessel Van Der Kolk.

I combine my skills as a professional flute player, mindfulness and compassion practitioner and therapist to deliver flute journeys: flute guided meditation for relaxation, well-being and personal development.
